Joe Horn Jr. is an American football wide receiver who currently plays for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was born on January 16, 1991 in Harvey, Louisiana, and attended the University of Missouri where he played college football.

Horn Jr. signed with the NFL's New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2016 but was waived during the preseason. He then signed with the Canadian Football League's Ottawa Redblacks in 2017 before being traded to the Blue Bombers in 2019.
